Pre-Orders will pay a $5.00 deposit now and the remaining $64.99 on the week of shipping. All deposits are nonrefundable Orders will ship/arrive Nov. 20th - 27th

Turkey will arrive frozen in a cooler packed with dry ice. Upon receipt, immediately place the frozen turkey in the freezer or refrigerator. Turkeys placed in the freezer will keep for up to 3 months. Turkeys placed in the refrigerator will keep for 7 days. (Caution when handling dry ice. Do not touch directly with bare hands. Keep dry ice away from children and pets. Dry ice should be left in an area where children or pets do not have access. Dry ice will sublimate on its own.)

About Chef "Big Shake" Davis

Shawn "Big Shake" Davis, started cooking in a professional kitchen at just 12 years old when his mother sent him to work a summer job in Ocean Beach on Fire Island, NY. Over the next seven years, he learned the ins and outs of the restaurant business from the owner of the restaurant, Giovani Palmero. He would go from Dishwasher to Head Chef in his time on the Island. When it was time for Shawn to go off to College, he studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at Norfolk University. Eventually he would appear on the Shark Tank with his Shrimp Burger and since then, he and his recipes have been featured on shows like Access Hollywood, CBS Sunday Mornings, Man V Food and More. He has even been on QVC multiple times selling his Shrimp Burgers. Today, Shawn and his wife have restaurants in Tennessee and Alabama. Every year they cook up their Deep-Fried Turkeys and customers have asked how they can get them shipped out of town to their friends and families. Hence, Big Shake's Deep-Fried Turkeys are now available for shipping nationwide.
